Human Resource Executive / Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of walk-in, phone calls as well as schedule customers’ appointments and registration
  • Attend to customers’ inquiries, feedback and complaints
  • Basic cashiering duties including generating of invoices, billing and receipting
  • Maintain filing system and other administrative duties
  • Human Resource experiences preferred

Requirements:

  • Singaporean and Permanent Resident
  • Diploma and above
  • Able to handle Chinese speaking patients
  • Proficient with MS Office application
  • High standards of customer care, honesty and integrity
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cheerful and energetic. Passion in customer service
  • 4 working days a week. Willing to work on weekends. Off on Monday and Public Holidays
  • Experience in customer service and human resource will be an advantage
